The Importance of Teacher Input

This is something that was always so important to me as part of the planning for student support. My administrator provided me with 2 sub days and we had the sub release teachers to come to IEP planning meetings. This worked so well to ensure that the teachers had input into and ownership of the program for at-risk students in his/her classroom.
